Joss Whedon (Buffy, Angel, Serenity) told Coming Soon he'd like to do the Wonder Woman film next.

"Oh, yeah. I'm deep into the script [for another film 'Goner'], but it's unsure which will be first. It's very possible that 'Wonder Woman' will be first. When I finish the script for 'Wonder Woman,' I then will have a chance to sit in front of the two different producers and then see what I do first."

Whedon added that he'll write another year of "X-Men", some "Buffy" comics and some more "Serenity" comics. However, no Wonder Woman comics are in Whedon's future.

Finally, Whedon says he has no news on casting.
