Reasonnnn - 11/17/2013, 7:58 PM
Every blockbuster has reshoots.
simon - 11/17/2013, 7:58 PM
I hope he says more than "She took off" or "I can help you". Poor kid.
JamesMan - 11/17/2013, 7:59 PM
A tad grey... Jean Grey?!
Coolwhip - 11/17/2013, 8:00 PM
Yeah, he was in that one movie! The one with... the guy... and girl, where that... thing happens. You know.
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:03 PM
i just had to post these videos,i was just looking over chris pratt videos because i am so excited to see him as star lord and some of this are just hilarious imo

McNyagano - 11/17/2013, 8:04 PM
Just re-watched the first 2 X-Men flicks. I hadn't seen them in 7 years. I must admit, Singer did a great job and those films are now among my list of the greatest comic book movies ever made especially X-2. Not only is it a great CBM, but it's a great movie in general. Better than most CBMs coming out right now. It's now my favorite X-men movie followed by FC. DOFP has just become my most anticipated CBM coming next year. Thought I hate the leather black costumes, I'll give Singer credit where it's due. Singer raped our childhood, butchering some characters no doubt, but now we have to accept it and move on. I'm glad his back for this movie. Can't wait. Just my 2 cents.
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:07 PM
Mcnyagano-yeah i need to rewatch the first two, though i do remeber liking them, expecially the second one, lets not talk about the 3rd and origins, first class is still my favorite and the wolverine is solid
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:07 PM
Batz-the comeback story one is great!!
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:13 PM
Mcnyagano-so what does your most anticipted list look like now?
JoJo1982 - 11/17/2013, 8:14 PM

Welcome back!!! I'm someone finally realize the old xmen movies weren't bad all and like every movie, does have flaws too.
JoJo1982 - 11/17/2013, 8:16 PM
I'm think Singer is adding more future scenes and probably trying to get the movie to be half past/half future movie then
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:18 PM
i am looking forward to all the superhero films next year, just some more then others

4.X Men Days of future past(May 23)
3.The Amazing Spiderman 2(May 2)
2.Captain America Winter Soldier(April 4 )
1.Guardians of the Galaxy(August 1)
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:18 PM
batz-idk if i asked u this but what did you think of the big 4 films this year?
McNyagano - 11/17/2013, 8:20 PM

ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:22 PM
Mcnyagano-guardians last on your list-thats interesting
PsyGuy - 11/17/2013, 8:27 PM
I really hope they add Jean Grey somehow! wishful thinking...
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:27 PM
one more..haha

Minato - 11/17/2013, 8:28 PM
Scott Summers please
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:29 PM
ususally reshoots is the wrong term-its more like additional photography
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:31 PM
im kinda sad that we wont get scenes of fassbender and mckellen together though
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 8:38 PM
i do like how each sorta had their own tone this year, iron man 3 i viewed as a 80s/90s action movie which is perfect for shane black because he made some of the best, man of steel was very much a science fiction film, the wolverine was a crime thriller/who dunit type film and thor was a science fantasy film

and i also like how next year looks varied in tone as well, cap is apolitical thriller, spidey looks like a more straightforward superhero film which is fine, xmen looks to this very epic drama and guardians is a space adventure film with tons of action, drama and comedy and one thing that iam looking forward to in guardians is that james gunn did a scene with chris pratt and dave abutista which is a one take action scene ,so its continous action scene without any edits and as an aspiring filmmaker like myself that has me excited

MightyZeus - 11/17/2013, 8:46 PM
Days of Future Past will be better than Fury Road.

Way to go Hollywood for ruining a perfect Mad Max trilogy for Australia. You get a British dude for the main role and have half the cast consist of models and the studio has the film not shot in Australia.

RRA - 11/17/2013, 8:46 PM
Can we QUIT calling these "reshoots" that bring about the negative associations with that term?

I believe every Marvel movie have done pick-ups, as have LOTR and HOBBIT films I'm sure too.

The only real reshoots recently was probably WORLD WAR Z.
feedonatreefrog - 11/17/2013, 8:48 PM
Maybe they're redoing the future stuff because the production design and costume design in the trailer were not well received.

Here's hoping.
BenjiWest - 11/17/2013, 8:52 PM
They're probably just touching up scenes with Halle Berry...
JoJo1982 - 11/17/2013, 8:53 PM
Maybe we're getting some more Sentinel vs mutant action, I figure that's why the actor playing colossus is there for.
mctrinket - 11/17/2013, 9:02 PM
The Sentinals and their creator in this film:
MikeHawk - 11/17/2013, 9:09 PM
RRA - 11/17/2013, 9:10 PM
feedonatreefrog - and people whined about Smaug looking too fake in the first Hobbit 2 trailer. *eyes roll*
ezio619 - 11/17/2013, 9:16 PM
Last one...i promise

feedonatreefrog - 11/17/2013, 9:33 PM

Right. But you don't need reshoots to improve CG.

You do need reshoots to improve crappy costumes.
RRA - 11/17/2013, 9:41 PM
feedonatreefrog - remember nerds whining about the "crappy" costumes 13 years ago?

Sometimes I feel like I'm a hundred years older than most CBM users.
ComicsToFilm - 11/17/2013, 9:41 PM
@racoonwithrockets -Hilarious. Hating a movie because it doesn't film in a certain country. As though Australia was at all necessary to the story line. The boomerang, that's it.
feedonatreefrog - 11/17/2013, 9:54 PM

Yes I remember some fans thinking that, but I also remember average movie goes, myself included, thinking that the costumes looked cool.

These costumes on the other hand look really cheap, as does the lighting and the set design.

mrHJK - 11/17/2013, 10:27 PM
Literally every movie ever does re-shoots. I just did them last week on my student film.
loki668 - 11/17/2013, 10:42 PM
They had to finish the big musical number for the end of the film.
