Hugh Jackman is Wolverine, I don't know how else I could put it. Once someone is in the role for that long and is actually stunning, they are that character. If they ever do an X-Men reboot, this role will have some huge ass shoes to fill.

I can't imagine another actor in the role. The scene where he kills Shingen in The Wolverine still pumps me up.

Man this movie was great! I think better than Cap 2. Maybe im saying that because i just saw it or maybe its because of the characters and the screenplay and the way it was edited. With Tasm2, I've forgotten much of the movie. Cap 2 is memorable and im sure DoFP will be too. This is the best X-men movie to date and probably my top 5 CBM of all time (TDK, Avengers, Iron Man, Cap 2, DoFP)

saw it earlier, to be honest here, and I don't want back lash, I didn't enjoy this as much as I thought I would, I was waiting for some over all pay off at the end and I got none, EVERY GOOD BIT in this film you saw in the trailers, there was nothing in this film that was note worthy that wasn't in the trailers, wolverine got [frick] all to do in the past other than to get Charles off his arse, and his only really major fight was with the sentinel which we saw in the trailer, which was also a let down, I'd say the biggest person in this film is mystique and yes she tied into the plot pretty nicely but I got the feeling she was the center of it all because of Jennifer Lawrence, the future cast started out quite nicely, I wanted to see more from them, especially from old magneto, and I would of liked more action from future wolverine..I could go on but I won't, but I think this was WAY over hyped, yes it IS the best ever x-men film and yes it rewrited x-men three,in a good way..., and the end credits was a nice touch, make you wonder what next

ManofSteel23 - 5/22/2014, 6:45 PM
it was also weird how now that first class exists as a film, stuff charles did in that film, gets mentioned in this film by older charles, hearing older charles talk about mystique and there relationship when they was younger just felt forced, just because there was no relationship in the first x-men films

@ GoldenOne

You must be smoking crack........X3 was a big pile of $hit to say the least. Put the deaths aside the movie was a train wreck and some of the characters were so forced. The only great part of the movie was Beast and Colossus.
