James McAvoy may have already been cast as a younger version of the founder of the X-Men but Bleeding Cool have revealed that the movies casting agent is now looking for an even younger actor to portray him as a child. Here is an excerpt of the report from the the site:

"Brendon Connelly calls me to let me know that X-Men: First Class casting agent Lucinda Syson is looking for a ten-to-twelve-year old boy with blue eyes to play the role of a young Charles Xavier. Yes, we know that James McAvoy has already been cast as a young Charles Xavier, but I mean I really young Charles Xavier."

As I'm sure you already know, this is usually the age where mutants' powers begin to manifest so this news points to X-Men: First Class going way back into the history of Charles Xavier. Will we see him as a youngster along with his half brother Marko Cain, aka The Juggernaut? And will they go into as much detail with Magneto's background? Share your thoughts in the usual place!

josh@ how the hell could they show cain being juggernaut when he and charles already met in x-3 and they clearly didnt know each other. also, apparently charles had a twin brother who was born in a coma, maybe they will show him. i havent heard anything that they this is a total reboot so happy dreaming on the juggernaut thing my friend.

I just hope that they'll show enough of Prof. X and Magneto's origins to avoid the Magneto spin-off which sounds to me like the most pointless of comic book movies ever in my opinion!

superdog: Lol, it's called "false hope" my friend! :D If this is going to be a reboot then it could happen but this is Fox. So it wont. And the movie will suck. Anyway, good to see you back!

They have McAvoy to play an older, young Prof. Theyre looking for someone a little younger to play his past, probably show when his powers first kicked in. Think X1 when they had a young Magneto rip up the concentration camp.

IF they give us Juggernaut in this movie, it might actually turn out to be watchable. He's one of my favorite x-villains, and he'd be a welcome change from seeing Magneto every time.

Lol I know :) i was just trying to show people how i feel lol everytime i hear this: WHAT? THEY LOOKING FOR AN OLDER EMMA FROST!!!!!!! IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE!!!!!! Shes older than in Origins Wolverine!! Shes gonna be older than Xavier! OMG! They cast Beast and hes the same age as Xavier! lol they dont seem to realize that there are gonna be different timelines in this film.
