X-MEN FIRST CLASS charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to prevent nuclear Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto's Brotherhood and Professor X's X-Men.

LEEE777 - X-Men: First Class will be released on June 1st in the UK and two days later on Friday June 3rd USA. Personally I thought Mystique was over used in the first three and isn't really needed here but saying that, she actually might be a highlight to this prequel.

@LEE777 :O where have you been? under a rock?
She was nominated for an Oscar! - she should've won IMO, she was incredible in the indie film 'Winter's Bone' (: But yeah, she's been in mostly indie films up until now.

A far less glamorous role ..

Jesus Christ! Like I said before, I wanted to cast Nina Dobrev in a fancast I'm doing, but if Jennifer Lawrence is doing something here, it's convincing me otherwise. And that MTV video CherryBomb posted isn't making me change my mind.

@ ELgUaSoN

Best Jim Carrey movie since his early 90's work.

Not true, Bruce Almighty is funny. It's no Liar Liar, but it's still funny.
