Well, this meshes with what he said about his script a few years ago, mentioning that he wanted to adress both the Hank Pym and Scott Lang Ant-Man eras.

I hope he is right!!

this would mean casting news sooner than expected and probably a late 2014 release.

YES! I hope 2014 is Cap 2, GotG and Ant-Man! that would be a perfect year and great to lead into 2015 Marvel movies :D
TheMadman - 7/15/2012, 6:27 PM
@TelaVizion: They may have been talking about the Hulk, since he was created 4 and a half years before Iron Man came to be.

Hank Pym needs to be a contemporary of Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, and Reed Richards (even though Marvel doesn't have FF right now.) I'll be very disappointed if they put Pym in the past and use Scott Lang for the present. Pym fits better with the Avengers too and of course there's Ultron, which leads to Vision. So yeah, Pym is more important to the overall MCU.
FoxForce5 - 7/17/2012, 10:11 AM
Pegg to play Pym for the win; FTW!!!
marvelmaniaco - 7/18/2012, 4:01 PM
I only want hank pym lol I dont want Lang
