AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Star Zoe Saldana May Have Just Dropped A Big AVENGERS 4 Spoiler

During a recent interview, Chris Pratt and Zoe Saldana discussed their respective roles in Avengers: Infinity War and the latter may have inadvertently dropped a pretty huge spoiler for Avengers 4...

Not many heroes made it out of Avengers: Infinity War alive and while a lot of fans think they've already worked out how the vast majority of them will return, Gamora's fate isn't quite so clear. Sure, her soul could be trapped within the Soul Stone but her body is currently lying at the bottom of a canyon after her father Thanos threw the popular Guardian to her death in order to retrieve the Stone.

However, in the video below, actress Zoe Saldana may have dropped a huge spoiler about Gamora's role in Avengers 4. Asked about her last day on set, she said that she felt like it was very much "TBC" because she - along with a lot of other cast members - will be back for Avengers 4 reshoots this year.

"At least for me, it felt like a [to be continued]," she reveals. "Because I knew that we will have to all
come back, at some point this fall, and finish up the fourth installment of Avengers…It felt like see you later, not like a formal goodbye." That pretty much confirms Gamora will be in Avengers 4 and that Saldana has already shot scenes for the movie. While it's entirely possible that we'll just see her in the Soul Stone, common sense says she'll be resurrected in time for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

I feel pretty confident Gamora is coming back, however, if this was recorded pre-release then it hides her fate in Infinity War, but also young Gamora was featured heavily in Thanos's memories/dreams/soul stone things, maybe adult Gamora makes an appearance via soul stone trip...

But she's definitely coming back... probably.

As much as I’d like her to stay dead and see how that changes Quill they’ll probably bring her back. I’d like here to say in the soul stone for Avengers 4 then have the Guardians free her in Guardians 3.

@minato808 - Completely agree. I think the plot in Guardians 3 will revolve around them going to vormir to get her body and figuring out away to free her soul. Adam warlock probably helps them in some capacity.

@xHollywoodx - Could be a great arc to Peter Quill and Nebula. But i think that Gamora will return in A4, and we will see the consequences of her return in Guardians 3.

One half says she is, one half says she isn’t and the other half just can’t make up its mind🤷🏽‍♂️

Well that is pretty cheap.

I can understand half of the universe coming back, because that was a losing fingersnap that needs to be reversed for the Avengers to win. It's a reversible plot-point.

But for Gamora to come back after what was possibly the most emotional and dramatic moment in MCU history?

No. Thank you, but go fvck yourself.

Also, if they want us to believe that everyone who died is actually dead, shouldn't they be keeping a lid on all of these spoilers coming out? Shouldn't we have no indication at all that Tom Holland is in the Spider-man sequel or that Gamora is in Avengers 4 or Mantis and Star-Lord are in GOTG3?! I mean, this is ridiculous!

One of the most impressive things about Infinity War is that they actually did keep it all a secret. This is remarkable in this day and age, that so many people died and the bad guy won and they kept every single spoiler-filled moment an absolute secret.

Most of the stuff from the trailers is either fake-out stuff or from the first 10 minutes of the movie. It does kind of help that the third act begins in the first five minutes, of course.

I mean, they were just apologising for killing off Black Panther!
Which is fine, because the throne now falls to Shuri, which means that, by the end of Infinity War she is officially the Black Panther of the MCU, whether we see her in costume or not.

You can look up their contracts and pretty much guess who is coming back, contractually, by how many more films they have to do. Pretty much everyone, even tom hiddleston, has several films left, with the exception of chris evans and robert downey jr. who are out of contract after AV4.

@GusTheMule - But then Hugo Weaving has by contract 2 or 3 films left and he's never coming back, they just recast him. I don't think contracts is a good way of looking at it because they make those contracts before coming up with future stories. I will be very disappointed if they brought back Loki because they've done in twice before and I had a problem with it then, if they bring back Gamora i agree with GwenLantern it was an emotional scene that was very tragic and for them to just bring her back is very weak, and Vision too if they bring him back, although he's the easiest to bring back being an android and all but those are the three that were the most impactful deaths. This film made me take the MCU very seriously so i'm begging them not to undermine what they did in Infinity War. I know the people who vanished in the end will be back for sure but those 3 for me can not be touched if they want to keep some integrity. I know a lot of fans don't want their favourite characters dying but these kinds of things is what makes the films interesting and help the genre grow by surprising people and not doing the same thing that they always do.

@JohnCastillo - I see your point and I agree that it undermines the story to bring them back, but knowing the comics from which they come, I'll bet the bring them all back. The thing is, there is no logical story reason not to, particularly if the time stone/reality stone it. In fact, in the comics, not only was everyone restored, but none of them even REMEMBERED it!! The thing is about the comic. Thanos was the star and his musings and pondering. Through the course of it, he did grow and by the time of Infinity Gauntlet: THE END series, he actually undid everything he had done himself. The whole pre-snap/post-snap thing didn't mean anything in the end because he took it back as if it never happened. That would probably make a lot of viewers pretty upset though.

@GusTheMule - The deaths had their emotional impact, that's unanimous. But even if a major part of the deaths are reversed, the will be implications, consequences, heroic sacrifices, for sure.

I think Vormir is a place like The Chamber (from Thor 2) that exists out of time and space. My guess is that Nebula and Tony Stark, the only ones who know where the soul stone came from, travel to Vormir to undo the whole ''a soul for a soul'' stuff and undo #thesnapping

Very impressive movie, though their decisions like to choose life's vision in front of threat to life on earth, also to open the Wakanda gate is really disturbed me.
Here something, that can interest you
