The actress behind the catsuit-wearing Russian spy 'Natasha Romanoff' of Marvel's
The Avengers movie, Scarlett Johansson, recently shared with
News.com.au her relief for essentially wrapping the highly-anticipated movie. Seemingly due not only to the slim-demanding 'Black Widow' catsuit, but life in general, read the excerpt below.
“I’m done with red hair. It’s so much upkeep. I don’t want to be in the salon any more. I hate sitting there, the smell, the cape.” The star is also happy to hang up the catsuit - not just the garment itself, but the hard work that went into looking good in it. “I hate having to be so disciplined, and I don’t like to be told to do anything,” she says. “Not that everyone’s telling me what to do; they just expect me to arrive onset and not be fat.”
“I exercise and eat well. I do it so I can indulge every now and then. I can have half a bottle of wine and not sit around thinking, oh my God, all those calories! However, when you’re working and getting up at 4am to train for three hours every day, drinking isn’t what you necessarily want to do. The discipline it takes to keep to that schedule sucks.”
Speaking of 'Black Widow,' Disney privately screened new footage from Marvel's
The Avengers movie for a foreign Film Market earlier last week. And while descriptions are prohibited, various Twitter users revealed their praise for one of the clips shown, which featured Black Widow fighting 3 men while being bounded to a chair. With a 'Russian Mobster' listed on
The Avengers' IMDB cast list, I'm assuming he was one of those three men. And I'm sure bits of this clip can be seen in the trailer.
