Unloading all the goods from the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One - Avengers Assembled collector’s set, video has surfaced highlighting Marvel Studios’ forthcoming Phase Two slate. Featuring a new look at Iron Man 3, the first footage from Thor: The Dark World, concept art from Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy as well bits of the Ant-Man test reel, along with comments from each film’s director(s), check out the video and screencaps below!

Marvel Studios will release a slate of films based on the Marvel characters including “Iron Man 3” on May 3, 2013; “Thor: The Dark World ” on November 8, 2013; “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” on April 4, 2014; “Guardians of the Galaxy” on August 1, 2014; the sequel to “Marvel's The Avengers” on May 1, 2015; and “Ant-Man” on November 6, 2015!

@marvel72- So you're saying it sucks being a DC fan because DC has very few movies based on their heroes?

Good thing I care more about the comics than I do any adaptations.

SWEET! What was that animation bit from Captain America? He was in his WWII costume, yet it looked like he was exiting the Quinjet... Hmmm... Captain America is my most anticipated. Thor looks incredible as well. Iron Man 3 will be great and the concept for GOTG looks fantastic. Also, this confirms Ant-Man is a part of Phase 2, rather than 3. I wonder if he will be in A2...

no because i like both marvel & dc comics,i also like some dc films as well.man of steel is my second most anticipated comic book movie of 2013.

marvel studios & the marvel films made by other studios you know what they've got planned for the next few years.

@Marvel72 Well, you have to remember two things. Firstly DC are waiting on the reaction to MoS, if positive then they will go forward keeping the tone and style of MoS as to maintain the feeling these characters live in the same universe. If MoS flops, and they actually still choose to move forward then they know they must change their style.

Secondly, the reason Marvel pumps movies out, isn't for the fans, it is out of the end to survive as a business. Marvel, had it's own studio, which to this point, only makes Marvel films, so they have to "keep them coming" or they go under. DC being owned by the WB doesn't really have that problem and when it comes to films the WB has a lot on their plate.

Now don't get me wrong. I agree with you to a point as I would love to see more DC on screen, but we ain't going to hear anything concrete until after MoD
