The Real Dark Knight Rises Description?

This Just-In description from a credible source says it will show Bane as a child. A Ruthless Killer Child that is!

So PopCynicka has just posted what they call a verified source's description of the Dark Knight Rises prologue that is attached to MI:4.

It starts with a father, mother, and son arriving in the Dominican Republic. The son gets kidnapped and is ransomed. Apparently the father is involved in some shady stuff, when he pays the ransom money the Kidnapper says that he was paid to kill him and the ransom is just a bonus.
The Boy has to single handily kill the 3 kidnappers and we learn that his father was called Bane and was a mercenary. Then the boy has to grow up on the streets of the Dominican Republic.

You can read the whole, in-depth description of the prologue yourself at Popcynicka here:

How does that sound to you guys? If Nolan is having kid Bane kill people I don't see why he couldn't use Robin.

IDK. Might be legit... guess we'll have to wait and see. :)

It seems possible. Nolan said that he wanted to mirror Batman and Bane, and that's one way to do it. Except where Batman doesn't kill anyone, Bane kills everyone.

"He didn't train me to kill, just not to care."

Yah now this sounds like Nolan. This is 98% legit.

That sounds BS. Blood in a Batmovie and a killing child? Yeah for sure..., but if Im wrong then forget what I wrote :)

Yeah but a kid killing three people? What would Nolan say to his children? Maybe this: "Don't do this never. Its just a movie."

this is very provocative stuff. Hopefully this prologue is true because it is well crafted mischief.

The teddy bear... Ha!Someone did their homework.

Tajin88. Just because it's a movie doesn't mean people don't already posses strange ways.

What makes me happy is that he's making a movie for adults. Who cares what he has to tell his kids. I want to be entertained dammit.

The original trilogy is good for the kids. If you have a couple of your own i'd suggest showing them joel schumachers B&R and just avoiding this potential masterpiece

@surgeonviper- I would never avoid this potential masterpiece, not after BB & TDK. I don't give a fug about Forever and B&R. I would like to see some blood and violence in this one, but a kid killing 3 people? That sounds too insane to be truth, but if Im wrong and I hope I am, then bring it on. I hope Nolan did a origin for Bane.

I know the description sounds too extreme and gory for a batman movie, but i remembered nolan or hardy said something about Bane being a maniac and ripping someone's spine out. So if this prologue description is accurate then it might not be as twisted as the rest of the film!

i jst read the whole this if this is true then [frick]ing awesome!!
then maybe after the prologue will probably be bane grown up doing the mission on the air plane in order to be a part of the LOS/LOA
then after we fast forward n pick up where TDK left off as bruce is being chased by the cops..keep in mind he is hurt from the fall n being shot at the end of TDK
but he manages to get away from the cops he think hes close to home but only finds himself get ambushed by bane n his crew..n thats where we see him break bats back leaving him on the floor..then we fast forward to 8 years later...

If this description is BS, then the writer shall go and **** himself. We read so many sescriptions, we are confused. If there isn't a Bane-Origin afterall then we all will be disappointed...

This description sounds like a combination of both Conan and Columbiana. In other words, shit...

ummm...nothing mind blowing here = fake

Fake, it's a six minute prologue, there is way too much here to fit in that framework. Also, again too much detail for seeing it only once.

Again to all those that want to post fake descriptions, less is more. The less you say, the more people will believe you. This is just fan fic nothing more.

I think its fake.

1- Too viloent for pg-13 oriented. I dont think Nolan is a bloody guy. The most we've seen in TDK was an off-kill with a knife or a quick stab in the face with a pencil.

2- The whole point of the prologue is to show off the IMAX potential. I dont think the scenario is IMAX worthy. IMO.

Doesn't sound anything like Bane at all, unless his name has somehow changed to Cletus Kasady a.k.a Carnage. (Joke/Sarcasm)
