Ben Affleck Could Start filming BATMAN VS SUPERMAN Today!

At least according to wife, Ben Affleck heads to Michigan this weekend to start filming for 'Batman vs Superman'.

Apparantly during an interview with Jimmy Kimmel, Jennifer Garner revealed we should be seeing Ben Affleck's Batman sooner rather than later. 

She say: "He leaves," said Garner. "I get home Friday and then he leaves that day for Batman."

So if she is speaking truth, Ben Affleck might start filming his Batman role this weekend. They have already started filming, if you remember the football game they filmed.

All we have to do now is wait, and maybe if we're lucky we get to see a glimpse of the new Batman suit soon.

I have taken this extract from the Yahoo page reporting on this:
"I have gotten in some trouble for my little quotes and I'm learning to [makes zipped lips motion]" she told  Collider. "I thought that I was saying things that were foregone conclusions and it turns out nothing is, and you won't be hearing from me on the Batman front."

I still can't believe that an Avengers film was released before Justice League... And the fact that Rocket Raccoon is going to be in a movie before Wonder Woman is kind of embarrassing. Anyway, better late than never :) I'm definitely excited for this movie!!

I can honestly get behind Affleck at long last. It's Eisenberg and Gadot that are bigger concerns. The writing should be in good hands though and they have the Watchmen cinematographer.

Maybe the had it wrong, maybe not...
There's no official word on this matter except from Michael Wilkinson who confirmed that he's in Detroit right now. Then again, he doesn't claim that he's involved in shooting any scenes. Perhaps he is just part of the final stages of pre-production.

I'm just a disappointed Wonder Woman fan!! I've been waiting for years to see her on the big screen!!! Ahh just a little bit more than 2 more years!! I hope that Gadot is going to be a very good WW :)

Rather than be a good crossover movie - I just want it to be a good Superman movie. Man Of Steel was depressing rather than entertaining - and I felt the characters were skimmed over and given barely anything to do other than just tag along with Superman.

Either way - I feel DC should move this film back to a Winter release date. This puts it away from any competition and it can go with the 'dark brooding' route.

@yoss Haha we don't have ice cream trucks in Greece so I didn't know that the music is so loud :P Maybe he wanted kids to get ice cream before they go to school... Maybe Gusto was drunk again :P Be careful if it's Gusto, warn the kids in the neighborhood!!

Yes! Can't wait to see what they're cooking up. Affleck is going to kill it as Bats. I hope the movie is a smash hit and they make a MoS sequel with Scott Elrod as Bizarro.
