Last night ComicBookMovie brought you the news that Josh Holloway (Lost, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol) was going to be involved in the Man of Steel sequel Batman v Superman (Check it out here).
Many fans were quick to assume that Holloway would be playing the king of the Atlantians, Aquaman. Unfortunately though, if infamous movie news reporter Elmayimbe is too be believed, Holloway will have no involvement in 2015's comic book blockbuster.




Take this by no means as confirmed, just as many of El's rumours have been debunked as confirmed. But regardless, sign off your thoughts below. Is Elmayimbe to be trusted?

I trust Nailbiter more than El Maybe Not. Wtf is he talking avout scheduling conflict, MoS will be filming for months , how would he know the schedule?

Every tv-show has their seassonbreak. So while i understand where El Maybe is going with, his role could be so small that they will not be needing him the same amount of time as Gal, Ben or Henry for that matter. He could be aquaman, doing just a cameo (if the rumor are true)

james spader is also in a hit tv show right now and will also be filming a major 2015 movie release. with both movies scheduled to shoot at around the same time, to be released at around the same time, and one of those movies has an actor in it who has a show on right now that evidently isn't conflicting with him shooting Age of Ultron, it isn't too much of a stretch to say they'd be able to work around Holloway's schedule for Justice League vs. Superman

I want to see this guy playing a superhero. Aquaman or Green Lantern(Hal Jordan) for Justice League or Gambit or Cyclops for X-Men.

I still say the rumor is true. But in a different sense. I believe he was hired to join the DCCU but not for B/S. So he will be in the next DC movie just not this one.

^ Seriously? @Nails and @Freshman are arguably the best editors are this site, purely for their reliability and sources. Elimaybe has nothing but deceit. I was streaming his Twitter feed when he was to announce the WWH movie and he just kept stringing along everyone. Guy is a God-complexed dickhead.

I'm with Gambit. Regardless of the validity of either source, Nail does a HUGE amount for the site. He digs up an enormous amount of concept art and exclusives.
