Latest BATMAN v SUPERMAN Set Video Hints At Man Of Steel Appearance

Look! Up in the Sky! It's a Bird...It's a Plane... It's Superman! Well, it might be. Extras on the set of Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice were instructed to look up at the sky during a scene. Could it be a Man of Steel (Henry Cavill) appearance?

Car chase seen in daylight featuring Superman actually doing good. Now this sounds like something I can get excited for.

Like I said before. This scene is most likely taking place during Superman and Zod's fight in Man of Steel.

Or, maybe it's Doomsday.

I could see it being the rumored Bat drones or even Nightwing flying the Batwing. This way no one thinks Bruce is Batman.

I agree with Guardian Angel. I think these scenes are taking place during the MOS final fight and this will be from Bruce Waynes perspective. Makes sense that he would go to metropolis after Zods threat and in the chaos, do his part in protecting innocent civilians

"It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Superman!!"

Why exactly were those people so excited about birds and planes in the first place?

@SauronBANE

I believe that it is traditionally held between two people in a crowd, with the first "Look in the sky!" They see a bizarre flying object in the sky that catches their intention. The second's first reaction is to brush away as something ordinary, first a bird, then a plane and then realizing it's Superman. So it's not really excitement at the idea of seeing a bird or plane.

@0mega

I thought it seemed fitting. There were Metropolis marked ambulances and patrol units near a building labeled, Wayne Financial, which could mean that Wayne himself might have buildings located around the globe, this one being in Metropolis. The fight between Zod and Superman could have interrupted some type of meeting, causing him to go out onto the streets and save as many lives as he could. Which, in theory would make for an awesome and touching scene, but would, of course, make him look unprepared. Either way, I'm stuck here wondering why he isn't suited up.

@Dylan

...Is that the same stupid storyline where that annoying bitch blamed Superman for not saving her husband because he was dying of cancer?

"bbrrwaaarrch suparmen haz powurhs and he dun nut sav mi huzbund ov canzer"

And then Superman acted like he's to blame because of this mentally unstable cow. Same storyline or not?

@DylanTBest- I actually really hate that scene. The two cops are portrayed as idiots who don't understand the concept of talking a person out of suicide just to make Superman look smart. I'm baffled by Superman's weak philosophy that life in neither fair nor unfair. Short answer: Life IS unfair.

The part that really angers me is the part you didn't show. After Superman gets the woman down and takes her to an ambulance, a cop asks Superman if he really would have let her jump. Superman doesn't answer and flies away. The mere implication that he would allow somebody to kill themselves is wretched. A properly-written Superman would never do that.

This scene was executed much better in All-Star Superman where he simply consoles a woman by telling her she is loved and she is much stronger than she thinks she is.
