The Batcave has always been a mainstay of Batman's vigilante operations, and Zack Snyder's version of it in
Batman v Superman was probably the most modernized we've seen yet. A newly released featurette from the film details the work that went in to building the cave; Production designer Patrick Tatapoulos explains that the cave's structures on set were "floating" (hanging from the walls or ceiling, but not being held up by any kind of pillar), with the exception being Bruce's chair at the Batcomputer. On Screen Graphics Specialist Gladys Tong also demonstrates how they were able to make the cave, its screens, and more as real as possible to create a living experience for the actors as opposed to just having them react to a green screen. In addition, we get to see more of Alfred's Batsuit workstation, along with some comments from Jeremy Irons himself! Be sure to watch the video below for more!
