Comic-Con is taking place in San Diego this weekend and now some concept art from Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) has popped up online. 

As you can see, it offers up our best look yet at the character and her new costume.

It's clear that director Cathy Yan is taking things in a different direction and the fan-favourite anti-hero has ditched the skimpy outfit from Suicide Squad for something nowhere near as sexual.

Recently, Birds of Prey has been making headlines for some very unexpected reasons. According to one rumour doing the rounds, Black Mask is going to be openly gay in the movie and the reason he clashes with Harley and company is because he's trying to retrieve d*ck pics stolen by Cassandra Cain (she reportedly swallows them in a diamond memory stick of some sort).

That's a dope redesign tbh and fairly within the spirit of the character. I'd be down with an openly gay supervillain tbh and Black Mask is B-list enough to get away with it, although stolen dick pics just seems ridiculous in a not-so-good way.
