Vague Description Of Captain America Super Bowl Spot Revealed?

Prepare to take the following with pinches of salt, but it seems someone claiming to have seen the Super Bowl spot for Captain America: The First Avenger has given it's description.

As we wait for tomorrow's 45th annual Super Bowl, most likely for the intended first look at Joe Johnston's Captain America: The First Avenger, 'The Mayor' from SuperHeroHype forums claims hes seen the 30-second spot for the much-anticipated film. Giving a fairly vague description below, check it out!

"First of all the trailer is more like a tv spot. I would guess it was 30 seconds in total, very fast, highlighting Captain Americas transformation more then anything. I did not see Redskull as "REDSKULL", just the hugo weaving human form. This is going to piss off alot of fans im sure. There were some quick flashes of Captain America waving his shield around, much like thor throwing his hammer in the previous trailer. I saw the love interest girl, I presume, shooting at someone. Captain America riding, what I thought was some sort of rocket? With it ending with the titles Captain America: The first avenger and the release date."

Further claiming he only got to see this once, occurring very fast, this was all he remembered. And also lacking how 'The Mayor' saw this much-anticipated teaser, take it with a grain of salt. However, evidently, while the teaser is guaranteed to debut tomorrow, it's strongly believed for today.

So stay tuned to CBM, as Joe Johnston directs Captain America: The First Avenger into theaters July 22, in 3D!

30 seconds can feel like an eternity or flash before your eyes. I just hope it's not one of those spots that constantly flash from this to that. Thank god for dvr!!

Probably true. Sods law after this spot a week later we'll just get the trailer. Hell it's what they did when Iron Man 1 came out.

Pretty much what I expected.

Kind of shocked that we won't get the Red Skull Reveal.

I'm sure a full length trailer will drop within the coming week giving everyone the full out goodness though.

The Superbowl is always on UK tv at around 2am.. but it doesn't feature any of the American TV spots or adverts so no Cap trailer

About the Red Skull... I don't think we're seeing him in the trailers. I think the first anyone of the gen public will see him is on July 22.

@Video Just making sure I mean I remember vaguely that he talked about something he wears that resembles the Red Skull. It's a little hard for me to trust merchandise because they had merchandise of Lex Luthor in a battle suit for Superman Returns (I know that movie isn't a great defense) and Lex didn't even have anything close to a battle suit. But it's Marvel They know what they're doing.

Red Skull's reveal will be similar to the Two-Face reveal in The Dark Knight. There was NO pics of Two-Face revealed until The Hollywood premiere played. This was a huge success in keeping something secret. I hope that they do the same here because it makes it that much cooler when you finally see it like right before you see the film or when you see the film.
