Captain Marvel is set to blast into theaters in 2019 and the 90s set movie is going to feature Carol Danvers going to war with the Skrulls. We caught a glimpse of them at Comic-Con but Marvel Studios concept artist Jerad S.Marantz has now revealed our best look yet at the shapeshifting alien invaders.

We've known for a while that Marvel can use the Skrulls but not the Super-Skrulls due to the rights to those being held by 20th Century Fox. However, does a hashtag from the artist point to them coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Stranger things have happened, though, and a deal brought Ego the Living Planet into the fold so it's entirely possible. The big one certainly looks like a Super-Skrull!

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 director James Gunn has said that Marvel holds the rights to some specific Skrulls so that could mean Super-Skrulls introduced outside the pages of Fantastic Four comic books (Secret Invasion, for example) will appear here. We're just going to have to wait and see...
