Check Out Some New Stills From CAPTAIN MARVEL, ALADDIN, DUMBO And More

Fandango has released a batch of new official images from some of Disney's 2019 releases, including the live-action adaptations of Dumbo and Aladdin, and Marvel Studios' Captain Marvel. Take a look...

To say that 2019 is going to be a big year for Disney is quite the understatement.

Not only has the Mouse House got Star Wars: Episode IX and live-action adaptations of two of its classic animated movies hitting theaters, but on the Marvel Studios front we have Captain Marvel and what is arguably (nobody here is arguing) the biggest superhero movie of all time, Avengers: Endgame.

Now, Fandango has shared new official stills from four of these massive releases (nothing from Endgame, unfortunatly), which you can take a look at below.

To view all the images at once, simply click on the VIEW LIST (ONE PAGE) button below!

Artemis Fowl

First up is Artemis Fowl, which is an adaptation of Eoin Colfer's popular novel focusing on the unconventional friendship between 12-year-old criminal mastermind Artemis Fowl II (Ferdia Shaw) and a fairy named Holly Short (Lara McDonnell). Pictured above is Dame Judy Dench as Commander Root.

Artemis Fowl hits theaters on August 9.

Aladdin

This new image from the live-action retelling of one of Disney's most beloved tales gives us another look at Naomi Scott as Princess Jasmine as she argues with her father, The Sultan (Navid Negahban).

Aladdin will be with us on May 24.

Dumbo

Fans had their doubts about director Tim Burton's ability to bring us a satisfactory take on Disney's story of a little elephant with an extraordinary gift, but the trailers seem to have made a few converts.

We'll find out if Dumbo delivers on March 29.

Captain Marvel

We got confirmation earlier this week that Jude Law will actually be playing Mar-Vell in Captain Marvel, and here he is pictured with fellow Starforce members Att-Lass (Algenis Perez Soto) and Vers (Brie Larson).

Captain Marvel flies into theaters on March 8.

@NOVAtheSUPA - I'm 40 and just started the first book. It popped up when looking for more books like The Dresden Files. Great stuff thus far. I'll see the film. Tried to get the daughters to read it too....no go...as of yet. Hell I just got them the entire Harry Potter series after trying to get them to read it years ago. Child #2 should have the Philosopher's Stone read by days end. She loves it.

@NOVAtheSUPA - The best part..."I told ya so." They are hooked on 90% of the things I like. Comics, games, four letter words, food, film, most music(they like some modern rap, but mostly heavy or progressive rock), and my witty comebacks.

@NOVAtheSUPA - LOL...First film my second daughter ever watched. LOTR! I called her Gollum for weeks. Ma did't like it at all. So her nickname became Creature. 13 years later she is still my Creature. Her baby sister is Goblin or Gobbie after Norman Osborn.

Be careful when expressing your excitement for Captain Marvel; the hype police is watching.

@WakandanQueen - "Be careful when expressing your excitement for 'watching two hours of an attractive, capable woman kick ass in space'"

Never thought this would be something to suppress excitement for lol

@Vigor - I know that's sarcastic, but I am legitimately irked when I see people absolutely gushing about Aquaman. Things can be "just okay". They don't always have to be the best or worst thing ever.

@Spock0Clock - the thing is most things are just ok or average. That's what make things that are great stand out but around here it's all or nothing which lead to these spirited debates we all love and cherish

@Spock0Clock - that's such an internet thing too. Not sure if it will ever change. I guess people feel their opinion won't be heard unless they proclaim something is either amazing or horrible.

I can't remember the last time I ever called anything terrible tbh

@Spock0Clock - People aren't being real, with themselves. Picking some group to tell them what they should think. Tribalism. I'm looking forward to Captain Marvel, but it isn't looking as great, so far, as I was hoping it would. It could be far better than the trailers seem to indicate. That's what I'm hoping. Or, at worst, it will be something like the Doctor Strange movie, where we get an at least adequate introduction to the character in the origin movie before showing her off better in Avengers Endgame.

@BlackBeltJones - LOL, the marketing for that movie. This poster seems to have been designed to impress only people who have read the books. To everyone else: "Wow, an old lady wearing a bright green overcoat, and what's she doing near those rocks? I must go see this movie..."
