Whoa, that sounds sweet.
And not that I'm biased over my favorite x-man, but Wolverine would tear Cyclops in pieces with little to no effort.

@PaulRom, I disagree.Sure, in close quarters combat and if Scott had no powers.But with his powers, how would Logan even get close enough to harm him?

It’s going to be hard for Scott to put down Wolverine without killing him and its almost impossible to kill Wolverine with Scott’s Power set. Wolverine just has to knick Scott a few times and he will bleed out.

If Scott goes all out he can blast all of wolverine's flesh away except his brain. It will take Wolverine a long while to heal from that.

yes he should of been treated with more respect in the movies but that has nothing to do with his skill compared to wolverine. hes just a better character and fighter overall.

call him overrated all you want hes still better then cyclops :)

Seriously, I like Wolverine as much as the next geek, but the superninja stuff is way overdone. The dude is unkillable with an indestructible skeleton. He doesn't sneak around. Sure he can kick you ass 100 ways without popping the claws, but he's not a ninja. Matt Murdock is a ninja.

Give Cyclops some respect - he's been training hardcore to be a superhero since he was like 15 with near-Batman-level dedication, all on top of a perfectly accurate, devastating range weapon that (somehow) never runs out of ammo.

Cyclops is one of the finest tactical geniuses in the marvel universe he is the marvel equivalent of batman in terms of tactical planning he would know how to take logan down he has even recently been shown to know how to take him down when wolverine was recently posessed

Agreed @theAstonishingCyclops. Cyclops has owned Wolverine many times and will continue to do so. Most of the time Cyclops already sees it coming and has a foolproof plan before Wolverine ever confronts him. Plus if this is just the cover then they're probably not fighting in the actual story. And if it refers to a flashback, then we know Cyclops already won.

I never really liked Cyclops growing up, because he was too cheesy and boyscout in the cartoon. I wasn't until I started reading the comics again a couple years ago that I realized he was a genius and badass.

If you all remember in the Age of Apocolypse run, wolverines right hand I believe was blown off by Scott. Who would i want to win? Cyclops. Who do I think will win, Logan. I think when all is said and done, if you push wolverine to the point of going feral again, it'll be no holds barred, brutal, wild and bloody, Wolvie for the win.
