In yet another live feed, Newsarama have brought us all the latest updates straight from the San Diego Comic Con, this time featuring the final panel of the day, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World! And thanks again to the site for these great bits of information!
Wright introduces a clip reel showing side-by-side comparisons of the film and the comic book. He also answers his own question, when did he start reading Scott Pilgrim? Answer: 2004
Now Wright just introduced Simon Pegg and Nick Frost who walked onstage to a massive reaction. Just as they're about to sit down, Wright interrupts. "Sorry, that was a mistake. I should have added 'Not Appearing in this movie..." Pegg and Frost walk off the stage, as quickly as they walked on.
Now it's time for the star, Michael Cera, to come onstage. He walks onstage in a Captain America suit! (Wright had said Cera had auditioned for Captain America and made it to the final 500)
Wright then throws to a clip of the film, which shows Pilgrim taking down a ton of henchman in Jedi/Ninja style. It ends with him and Jason Schwartzman leaping toward each other, swords drawn, in mid-air.
Routh is asked to compare the experience of playing a super-villain to playing a superhero. Routh says there is now way to compare Superman to any other role, but he adds that working on Scott Pilgrim was an "amazing experience."
Schwartzman then declares his love for the Pilgrim graphic novels, so it was easy to decide to join the movie, especially since, he added, that he's a big fan of Wright's work.
He then add that they all had to go through serious training for the fight sequences. He also mentions that Wright went to training sessions with the actors every day.
They just announced they're screening the film in its entirety in 45 minutes. People with 1-Up buttons will be allowed in to the screening. Wright is going to lead the fans with 1-up buttons to the screening. And to wrap up the panel, a clip from the movie with the band Flesh of Demons is played onscreen.

Comic Book Resources, here are some more detailed highlights from the Q&A section of the panel.
Some of The League of Evil Exes had to answer what word best described their battle with Scott Pilgrim. Bhabha said "10,000 points." Whitman said "achingly." Routh said "devilishly." And Schwartzman pandered a bit with the word "Comic-Con-ishly" to which Wright joked, "Now Jason's broken out the C-word."
Asked what drew him to doing an action romance like "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World" after directing comedies, Wright said it was " the metaphor of romance and action and how much you would fight for love."
Asked what their favorite scene in the movie was to film, Culkin then told a story about how on set he was mentally preparing for the scene in which he needed to make out with another man, but the director helped him by one day just coming up and planting "a very wonderful" kiss on the actor's lips to help break the ice.
Wright then spoke briefly about the video game tone he tried to strike in the movie, saying he wanted each evil ex fight to increase in intensity like the levels of a game getting harder. He said that you can hear within the film some Tekken sound effects as well as sound effects from Super Mario, Sonic The Hedgehog and The Legend of Zelda.
