Among the many stars of Marvel's
The Avengers movie, one that you may not have heard much about is English actress Jenny Agutter, whose "Council Member" role in the highly anticipated movie was first revealed via IMDB. Agutter, who has starred in
Child's Play 2,
Logan's Run and
An American Werewolf in London, recently discussed the Joss Whedon-directed film with
Radio Times magazine, for the first time.
“I’m sworn to secrecy! I wasn’t allowed a script until I got there, and when I did, I felt like a complete child being on big sets and a huge parking lot full of Winnebagos.”
She does let slip that two of these housed Spider-Man and Iron Man; we suspect Agutter won’t be able to avoid sci-fi conventions for much longer.
Not much is known about Agutter's "Council Member" role other than she reportedly interacts with Samuel L. Jackson's 'Nick Fury,' Scarlett Johansson's 'Black Widow,' and Tom Hiddleston's 'Loki.' I hear she's among council members who Fury presents The Avenger Initiative to. Anyhow, what do you think?
