On Oliver's relationship with Helena aka Huntress.
Amell: I think that he sees a lot of himself in her and that's always an attractive quality for a partner, isn't it? I think that Oliver really really likes Helena. I hope we see her again.

On who in his immediate family is most likely or suspicious enough to discover Oliver's double life.
Amell: Probably his sister. I think his mom has just accepted that he's different. I don't think Thea has accepted, "Oh he's different, just let him do his thing," I think there's still [curiosity, mystery].

On what fans can expect in the second-half of the season.
Amell: There are a bunch of secrets in the pilot and one of them is going to start to unravel almost immediately when we come back on the air. I was really excited. I remember the writer showed me — I can't tell you which episode — but he showed me the last log line and I was like, "Ohhhh this is great!" I'm so excited.

SYNOPSIS: After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. When he returns home to Starling City, his devoted mother Moira, much-beloved sister Thea, and best friend Tommy welcome him home, but they sense Oliver has been changed by his ordeal on the island. While Oliver hides the truth about the man he's become, he desperately wants to make amends for the actions he took as the boy he was. Most particularly, he seeks reconciliation with his former girlfriend, Laurel Lance. As Oliver reconnects with those closest to him, he secretly creates the persona of Arrow - a vigilante to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society, and restore Starling City to its former glory. By day, Oliver plays the role of a wealthy, carefree and careless philanderer he used to be - flanked by his devoted chauffeur/bodyguard, John Diggle - while carefully concealing the secret identity he turns to under cover of darkness. However, Laurel's father, Detective Quentin Lance, is determined to arrest the vigilante operating in his city. Meanwhile, Oliver's own mother, Moira, knows much more about the deadly shipwreck than she has let on and is more ruthless than he could ever imagine.

The guy needs to step up his acting, I know its the CW and shit but the dude needs to up his acting seriously. At this rate he's giving Welling competition for the most wooden acting from a Lead in super hero tv show. Hell he makes miss the dude that played Ollie in Smallville.

Besides that the show has some potential, plus with Captain Jack Harkness playing a villain you can't go too wrong.

The show is one of the better made serials on TV at the moment...

The acting is solid and the suspense is fantastic...

I am really looking forward to more episodes and plenty of more seasons as well...

He's obviously not the best actor, anyone excepting to get exceptional acting from CW is watching these shows for the wrong reason. The network can't satisfy every person who wines about small details so just sit back and enjoy the closest interpretation of Comic book t.v series you can get.

For the record, Welling's acting is far worse.

Stephen Amell is stiff when he's Oliver. Whenever he talks to someone, he stands motionless with his arms hanging down straight. Every... single... conversation.

Something tells me that last logline involves Deathstroke somehow...one of the secrets from the pilot WAS Deathstroke and just HOW he will lose his eye to Oliver's arrow.

And if Amell is sooo excited about the final scene...me thinks it's Deathstroke coming to Starling to challenge Ollie

I like him but Hellsing's right. Acting could be better. That's probably my only issue with the show. I tell my friends that its a great shows, lots of action and cool story... but the acting is kinda weak.

@KnightofSteel I watched that episode before I watched TDKR, but I did notice some similarities here and there from seeing the TDKR trailers(domino mask is one).

I would always welcome a very beautiful ass kicking female character to return. ;)

Since we won't be seeing Dinah suit up as Black Canary any time soon, I'll settle for The Huntress.

I like the acting, well enough, and the show, as a whole, is pretty kick-ass...!!!! So, to-each-his-own, I guess... *cool*/P :)
