Take this with a grain of salt but I was on IMD today and saw that Dennis Haysbert was rumored for the voice of Kilowog and John Larroquette as the voice of Tomar Re.

Haysbert as Kilowog?

John Larroquette as Tomar Re?

Haysbert is a fan favorite for many CBM characters and I think he would do good as Kilowog; I'm not very familiar with Larroquette's acting skills though. What do you guys think sound off below!

Dennis Haysbert voiced Kilowog on Justice League, so I'm not sure if this is actually true.

It says so on IMDB. Hmm. This wouldn't be quite bad if it was true.

LAroquette voiced Tomar Re in First Flight so I'd bet someone just carried things over.

Well, I'll take that grain of salt but I'll remain hopeful. Those two are good actors, so it'd be nice.
@ ecksmanfan - Yeah, I suppose you're right. Here's hoping they thought they did a good enough job to carry them over in the actual film.

Haysbert has a great voice, but Kilowog has an edge to him and Haysbert is kind of nice. Kieth David is always awesome but he sounds menacing and evil. They need someone with the feel of the guy that played the Thing in the FF movies. That's how I picture Kilowogs voice. Or just use the people WB are already using for First Flight or whatever cartoons they alrady voice.

Larroquette's recent voice acting job was as Uncle Bob in "Phinneas and Ferb", but he was most famous for playing Assistant D.A. Dan Fielding in the T.V. Sit-Com "Night Court". Here are clips of both:

If you want to play six degrees of freedom from comic book genre, the woman in blue in the last clip is Terry Hatcher, who once played Lois Lane in the long running TV series "Lois and Clark" and of course we all know Peter Dinklage, who played Dr. Simon Barsinister in "Underdog". Larroquette also was the voice of Mirror Master in "The Batman" animated T.V. series. Here is a clip of that:

Outside of this, Larroquette did voice Tomar-Re for "Green Lantern: First Flight".
