We've been privy to some rather vague plot details for Stranger Things season 2 already, but in a new interview with EW, series co-creator Matt Duffer is a little more forthcoming about what we can expect from the second season.

We return to Hawkins on Halloween, almost a full year after the fantastical events of the first season, and poor Will Byers is still dealing with the after-effects of his time spent in the Upside Down. “He seems to be seeing images from the Upside Down—the question is whether they’re real or not,” explains Duffer. “So it seems like he’s having some sort of post-traumatic stress disorder.”

Meanwhile, Sheriff Hopper is concentrating on trying to keep a lid on everything that's happened, but the situation is further complicated by the arrival of a new brother-sister duo: Billy (Dacre Montgomery) and Max (Sadie Sink). From the sounds of things, the former is going to be a pretty nasty customer, and is being set up as new human villain of the story.

Eleven also is mentioned, but we're going to have to wait a little longer to find out how the eggo-loving heroine is reintroduced. In the meantime, check out a new image of the gang below.

Aww the days where you could bank on Halloween. Now you get 2 porch lights on and the rest are crabby ass hats not wanting to give the youth of America candy.

Nowadays, if boys want to dress up as Ghostbusters, they first have to pull an Alfalfa and Spanky.
