Love it or hate it, Zack Snyder's Justice League is now streaming on HBO Max.
We never thought Warner Bros. would #ReleaseTheSnyderCut, but it finally happened, and many fans are now hoping that the studio decides to #RestoreTheSnyderVerse. That feels like wishful thinking, especially as WB is clearly keen to move on from the filmmaker's vision for the DCEU.
Despite that, HBO Max has just released a new trilogy trailer for the Snyder Cut of Justice League.
Mostly comprised of footage from Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it takes a deep dive into the stories of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman. As a brief description teases, "Their time spent in hiding is over. Superman (Henry Cavill), Batman (Ben Affleck), and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) must stand together to save the world."
Of course, while HBO Max may be billing this as a trilogy, we know that Snyder actually had a five-movie "trilogy" planned which would have included of two more Justice League sequels. There's no clear sign that will happen, though the filmmaker is open to a comic book sequel of some sort.
Regardless, this is a really cool trailer which highlights some great moments from these movies (even if you weren't a fan, there's no denying that the visuals here are terrific).
