Arthur Curry finally donned his classic comic book costume in Aquaman, but some newly surfaced concept art has revealed that Zack Snyder also considered putting the hero in this outfit in Justice League

It's not clear why the decision was made to have him remain in his Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice gear, but it presumably has something to do with Aquaman director James Wan wanting to make that a much bigger moment in the character's solo outing.

We recently learned that Wan and Snyder worked fairly closely on both movies and it's hard to escape the feeling that it was the right move to hold off on giving Arthur his costume regardless of how cool it would have been to see him suit up in Justice League.

Concept artist Constantine Sekeris has revealed an entire gallery of artwork from his take on this suit (which was designed by Michael Wilkinson) so hit the "View List" button below to take a look.
