Scott Ian has been in Anthrax for years but is trying out his writing skills on a new Lobo mini series and during a recent interview he drops a potential name that he thinks could pull it off. The unknown Matt Willig was most recently in the flop Year One. Here's what he said below -

"There's actually this guy named Matt Willig who is an ex-football player who is an actor now. And he... looks like Lobo. The dude is a f*****g monster. And he's actually a good actor, so I think he'd be perfect as Lobo. He's a giant f*****g menace of a human being and I think he would be amazing as the character."

For the full interesting interview head to www.comicbookresources.com - it's a long read but it's pretty good.

As for Willig - I don't think so. We here at CBM know why - and having some real caveman isn't a good idea for marketing a Lobo flick.
