AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Will Have Its Rotten Tomatoes Score Revealed Today

Infinity War is seriously just around the corner. Which means the reviews will also be showing up, for all of us to judge on Rotten Tomatoes.

Rotten Tomatoes is known for it's collection of reviews and general summary of a score. Some fans take it very seriously. Others don't give a flying fig about it. Whichever side you're on, Avengers: Infinity War will have its personal score revealed today for the public. 

On their Twitter page yesterday, Rotten Tomatoes said they would release the score at 3PM PST/6PM EST.


So far, early reactions on Twitter have been downright incredible for the third Avengers installment. It's easy to see this movie being in the 90% range, if not, higher.

Avengers Infinity War crashes into theaters this week, April 27th.

@TexasAvenger - 75 - 80% lots r saying its a niche only for cbm fans like us. Apparently its not as good as BP, GOTG 2, THOR 3, or SM:H. And i thought those films were just "above average to good". Lots are saying this film feelz like "half a film".

@YoloSwaggins812 - imdb's ratings are too easy to manipulate. U can create several accounts and just rate it 1 or 10 to have a high/low score because its account based. Lots of horrible indie films have high imdb ratings and horrible RT ratings for that reason.

I'm feeling a 85%. Won't be universally praised like Black Panther. See lotsnof complaints about it being overstuffed, long, etc.

@XelCorp - yeah that's so true. As Downey said in some speech, this interlocking of movies is unprecented. So how can I review a movie built on so many other movies??? Doesn't seem fair. It's not the normal movie viewing situation.

It's like seeing a sequel without ever seeing the first but times ten (for how many different marvel films exist).

Who really gives a shit? Nobody understands that the score is a collection of critics who liked the film and not a collection of the scores the critics give the film so why bother caring?

I'm so anxious about this! When it comes down to it, I care more about my personal enjoyment of the movie, but I'm also rooting for it to be seen as a success. If it can hit a solid 90% with a 7.5 average rating, I'll be pretty pleased. Winter Soldier is a great movie and has an 89%. I'd say generally, you have to factor in the critics who don't like action movies and superhero movies in particular and can't check their biases to give something a fair review.
