John Arturo - When did you start collecting and how did you get into the hobby?
Billy Turner - I've been picking up things here and there for about 15 years, but I've only gotten serious about it about 5 years ago. I got into the hobby just by having a casual interest. Once I realized how much stuff I had picked up I was full blown.
John Arturo - What makes Batman your favorite character?
Billy Turner - I've been into Batman since I was four years old. My Grandfather used to watch the re-runs of the old Adam West Batman show and I would watch it with him. I've been hooked ever since.
John Arturo - Do you collect anything else?
Billy Turner - I also collect comic books and some sports memorabilia, but my Batman collection is far more impressive .
John Arturo - What is your favorite collectibles company?
Billy Turner - I just recently discovered Hot Toys. They do amazing work and I'm looking forward to picking up my first Batman from them.
John Arturo - What is your favorite part of collecting?
Billy Turner - I love the reaction I get when people come over and check out the "Batcave". The look on their faces when they see everything displayed is priceless.
John Arturo - What is the key thing you look for in an item you want to add to your collection?
Billy Turner - Basically if it's cool and I don't already have one.
John Arturo - What is your favorite movie?
Billy Turner - That's a difficult question. I don't really have a favorite, but to show support for the Dark Knight I'll just say The Dark Knight.
John Arturo - What is your favorite piece from your collection?
Billy Turner - My masterpiece Batman. It was the last gift my Grandmother bought me. If my Batman collection was on fire, that would definately be the piece I would save and rebuild with!
John Arturo - What are some items you are most looking forward to adding to your collection?
Billy Turner - The Hot Toys Keaton Batman and the Hot Toys Christian Bale Batman. I'm gonna probably have to pay through the nose to them at this point, but it'll be well worth it.
John Arturo - Finally, what is your favorite aspect of ComicBookMovie.com?
Billy Turner - I like the fact that there's a reliable website to go to that services people like me who love all things superhero. I love the updates and sneak peaks of movies and comics. I love the different editorials, like the baddies that need movie love. Lastly I love the interviews and rumor reports.
