RUMOR: Former SPIDER-MAN Star James Franco May Be Up For The Lead In Shane Black's THE PREDATOR

We have a fresh piece of news for you, hot off the rumor mill, from Jeff Sneider, formerly of The Wrap, on today's installment of Meet the Movie Press, about James Franco (Spider-Man trilogy) possibly being in line to headline Black's upcoming Predator sequel. The news is strictly a rumor at this point, but considering Sneider's track record, there's almost definitely some weight to it. He didn't provide any additional details on the role in question, and considering that casting is still in its very early stages, it'll likely be a while before we learn any more.

In an interview with Empire back in May, Black revealed that the main character of the film is named Quinn McKenna, so if Franco is indeed being courted, it's likely that he will portray McKenna. So, what do you guys think? Sound off with your thoughts below!
