College Student Gets Tattoo Of The STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS "Ball Droid"

Excited by the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer? I can guarantee you weren't as excited as this fella. 22-year-old college student Jordan Breckon went and got a tattoo of that cute little droid briefly glimpsed in the trailer, without even knowing what he'll officially be called.

You might think he's nuts, but Arizona student Jordan Breckon is the proud owner of what is very likely the world's first Star Wars: The Force Awakens tattoo. The 22-year-old was left in such an ecstatic state by what he saw when the 88-second trailer debuted on Friday, that he rushed out and got one of the new characters (a tiny robot who's been dubbed the "Ball Droid") tattooed on his leg. Here's what Breckon had to say to Buzzfeed about it.

"The reaction to this tattoo has been pretty awesome! Lots and lots of love from…Star Wars fans, many other Instagram users have reposted and [I] have even gotten a like from the Official Star Wars account. My artist Tyler Nealeigh and I have both been pleasantly surprised at the reaction [to] my tattoo. Of course some people will hate and believe what I did is stupid, but that I already knew would happen as you cannot please everyone! In all I love this tattoo and all the love that it’s [received]. It is a great time to be a Star Wars fan!"

As someone who has a few pretty geeky tattoos himself, I say fair play to him...though there is always the chance this droid will turn out to be the new Jar Jar Binks of course! What do you guys think? Great way to show support or the definition of overenthusiastic?
