Most who viewed Star Wars: The Force Awakens loved the film.  Still, there are a few who had issue with the plot and fan service to the Original Trilogy.  However, even those who found fault with the film becuase of these two issues begrudingly admit that the characters brought to life on-screen by Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, John Boyega, Harrison Ford, Oscar Isaac,  Lupita Nyong'o, Domhnall Gleeson and others featured some of the best characters of the year.   Among the new and old faces on screen, which would you say was your favorite from The Force Awakens? Which character are you looking forward to seeing more of in Episode VIII?

Rey for me too. I liked Poe a lot as well, by Rey was the best. Daisy Ridley all the way!!!

Favorite character? I guess BB-8??? Just saw it last night. Good but not great but I did enjoy it for the most part. The highlight being the dogfighting scenes. But no lightsaber action till the 3rd act was a letdown! I do agree with it being too similar to A New Hope though. What with the last second X-Wing destroying the Starkiller/Deathstar, right before it fires killing the Rebel's/Republic's last remaining outpost.

Also, what was up with Rey spontaneously using all those Jedi powers? And why was Kylo Ren such a wuss? He has been trained by an evil Master in the power of the dark side, yet gets bitch slapped around by a little girl who "Carrie's" her Jedi powers out of nowhere? What was she menstruating? Plus, I couldn't help but see this guy everytime I saw Kylo Ren...

I loved all of them, each one actually had a personality; something that was void in all the cardboard cutouts from the prequels and most blockbusters in general.

I cried for Rey, I laughed with Finn, Kylo hit me on a super personal level......I DONT KNOW

Poe might have become my favorite Star Wars character ever in limited time in one movie. Sorry, time to move over Wedge Antilles, Grand Moff Tarkin, and Luke Skywalker.

I did like how Kylo Ren was quite unstable and conflicted rather than cool and calm like previous Star Wars villains. I like that he admitted that he was tempted by the call to the light side when he was talking to Vader's mask. It's like he's struggling to be on the dark side for some reason. But the stand out for me was Rey. Daisy did a fantastic job playing her. Here's an actress that has only had small parts on the odd tv show previous to this role but she carried this movie like a seasoned professional. This girl has a bright future ahead of her.

I saw some people complaining about Kylo Ren angry issues and about what he did . But those things make him look totally alike Anakin even the fact that he was a crying baby before he became Vader . So i vote for him , from all those characters i think Ren and Poe can bring more to the table for the next two movies

I loved all the new characters although they definitely wasted Plasma. I really loved how they were introduced and what they did in this movie and I don't think there's a single one who's storyline I'd rather not explore any further. All that being said I think Finn and Kylo were my favorite.

If Kylo Ren is not the best he will be.

I think he's trying to become a Sith just so he can get close to Snoke and kill him.
That's why he killed Han, so he could become one. That's how Han helped him, that's their dialogue.

He'll redeem himself by the end of the trilogy, probably dying doing it. I think he'll be the dark hero.
