just re-watched this last week.

it might be the worst movie ever made. hadn't seen it in years. gave me the shivers.

I can't wait for the OT in 3D, especially Empire, but I'm not giving Lucas any more of my money for the prequels. Saw each one the first time, that was too much.

Honestly, it might actually be one of the worst movies ever made in terms of expectations at least. I mean obviously there are worse sci fi movies..but not by much even disregarding the hype. Pants.

I think Lucas is squueeeeezing every little bit of potential out of the first 6 films, and then maybe, just maybe he'll puke out 3 more. Why did I say 'puke out'?
Did you seeeee SW 1,2 and 3? I don't trust him anymore. As I said before , he's like an abusive parent who can't be trusted around his kids(Star Wars franchise) anymore,and need to be put into protective custody of responsible adults( other producers ,a director and writers) to raise them safely.

Wouldn't it be great if George did a massive reedit on E1, cutting Jar Jar's role down considerably and added more scenes of Maul? If Greedo can shoot first I think that would be the least he could do to make up for it. Oh, and cut midichlorians out completely.

I'm looking forward to this. And I'm happy the jaded, pretentious douche baskets who hate everything that isn't dark and ultra-violent or gritty and "realistic" won't be there. It'll make it that much more enjoyable an experience for me.
