RUMOR: Mandalorians & "Sith Witches" To Feature In STAR WARS: EPISODE VII

Those mercenaries we heard would be menacing the Jedi in J.J. Abrams' Star Wars flick? Well the Latino Review boys might just have a bit more info on exactly what type of mercs they'll be. Plus, it seems we'll be getting a "Sith witch/witches", which could mean Nightsisters, which could mean Asajj Ventress..

Recent reports (ie rumors) indicated that we'd see a band of mercenaries antagonize the Jedi characters in Star Wars: Episode VII. Those well versed in Wars lore will have immediately thought "Mandalorians", and if Latino Review's latest scoop is on the level, they'd be right. The site reckon the band of hired guns will indeed be of Mandalorian descent, but they don't elaborate any further. The most famous Mandalorian in the galaxy far far away was of course Boba Fett, and we'll also have Sabine Wren in the upcoming Star Wars: Rebels cartoon. The site do add: "Reports from set claim to have spotted some black and silver/chrome troopers. We haven't been able to confirm if these troopers were Mandalorians or just a new group of Imperial Storm Troopers." And that's not all -- they also claim that "a Sith Witch/Witches" are in the movie. That sounds very like the Nightsisters of Dathomir to me, which could mean Asajj Ventress will be a part of the story. Remember, none of this has been confirmed yet, but it sounds bloody great so let's hope it's legit.
