The guys over at On Location Vacations have posted their regular update of filming information for today, but what caught my eye was the following details about upcoming reboot, The Amazing Spider-Man!

Filming in Los Angeles, CA:

•The Amazing Spider-Man is filming at Sony Studios. FYI: Scene is set at High School, includes Lizard, Peter & Gwen.

Previous set photos featuring Captain George Stacy landing at the school in a helicopter have led us to believe that something serious goes down at the high school, but the above info pretty much confirms the fact that it's as Lizard related as we suspected! What's also interesting is that they mention the scenes feature "Peter" rather than Spider-Man. What do you think all this adds up to? What might they be filming? Be sure to speculate in the usual place!

Starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Rhys Ifans, director Marc Webb helms The Amazing Spider-Man which is set to be released in 3D on July 3, 2012!
