To protect his girlfriend Lois, Clark tricks her into leaving town on a story. When she realizes what’s going on, they argue but an accident strands them in the middle of nowhere. Meanwhile, Tess tries to find a cure for Alexander, who is suffering from rapid aging because of his unnatural origins.

Good stuf LEEE. I have to admit, I am not a huge fan of Superman and I wonder if that contributes to the fact that I like this show? I can sure understand how fans would see it as being all wrong. But as a casual Sups fan I find myself not only watching but enjoying Smallville weekly.

Josh: I felt like a 16 year old girl watching a romcom of your choice during the last few minutes of last nights episode. I got all gidgety thinking... it's about time! Loved it. ;)

HAWKS: Haha, I know exactly what you mean! I watched it online this morning and sat there shouting "Tell her, tell her!" at my laptop like a tween at a Twilight movie! :D It really was an awesome moment though and as another casual Superman fan (I've only read "Birthright" and JMS' recent run apart from a handful of other stories) I too enjoy this show. It's probably because I don't spot 90% of the things that upset hardcore fans. For example, I'd never even heard of Isis before this episode, lol!

LEE: Yeah, it's well worth checking out. Last weeks episode which focused almost entirely on Bobby was one of the best I've seen...and actually directed by Jensen Ackles! I know that you never liked him for Captain America, but he's definitely got some talent behind the camera as well IMO. :P

When I was a kid, I think it was in the 70's, there was a live action Isis show on Saturday mornings or I wouldn't know who she is either.

And I can understand why SUPERMAN fans hate the show, I myself think its gone downhill since the DOOMSDAY rubbish.

I still love the show, well try to, but its hard when they butt [frick] ya with the story, plot, characters and even sometimes the acting too lol!

Still I hope it all pans out on an Epic scale, well we can hope right lol?

DP @ Cheers dude, I was a pure fan till the original writers left, still like it but yeah it shouldve stayed in SMALLVILLE thats for sure and bringing in a weak Doomsday & Darkseid does it no favors whats so ever!

Hopfully we'll get LEX and hopefully too the original writers back for the finale!!!

scarecrow! I think it would be cool to see more villain coming from Batman. Smallville is supposed to be a xing universe for character of DC comics anyway.

Deadshot was also a Batman villain isn't it?
