Clearly, it's taking shape of Superman's (or Zod's maybe?) logo and the image and sound will keep clearing up as we get nearer the deadline. (probably hear something from Zimmer's score, too)

What is that deadline? Apparently it's 9.00pm EDT on Monday, April 15. Which would indicate that it will reveal the new movie trailer too once the countdown is done.
