Your enjoyment of the Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) mostly hinges on your tolerance for coincidences. As you will see Cinema Sins latest "Everything Wrong With" video there are a tremendous amount of remarkable concurrence of events that revolve around Megan Fox's April O'Neil without any apparent causal connections. If you can just let it slide that April once had pet turtles that later became the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles then you might enjoy the film. If you find it a bit hard to swallow probably won't like the film. Check out the rest of the coincidences in the video below.

The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.

I thought it was fantastic. I was a huge Turtles fan when I was a little kid, and this brought me right back to my childhood. I won't even pretend to know what the proper origins are, or what they hell they changed, because I don't care that much. All I know, is the movie was ridiculously entertaining. Donnie and Mikey were a friggin riot, and Megan Fox wasn't even annoying. The only problem I had was Will Arnett. Normally he's pretty funny, but I thought most of his humour fell flat.

But a damn good time was had by me and the 6 other people in my house that watched it. (Although...we were smoking out of a 6 hose hookah for the majority of the movie...and there was pizza on the screen)

I was like 2-6 years old watching the Turtles, so my memory is fuzzy on a lot of it. I did love the original movies, even the 3rd one. But, I went in thinking...This is just gonna entertain me. And it did.

And the Power Rangers could never possibly get any worse. But, Michael Bay is the only director that could do it right, and still have people think it's garbage.

Great movie! Looking forward to the second. I really want to see Rocksteady and bebop on the big screen!

The movie was great fun and the action was 2nd to only Winter Soldier in a comic book movie last year. Definitely up for a 2nd movie and glad they're already starting preproduction on it, Michelangelo was a riot.
