According to Deadline, Bebop will be played by Gary Anthony Williams in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. No word on who will play his rhinoceros partner in crime Rocksteady just yet, but it's assumed both characters will be fully CGI once the mutations take place. Before his transformation though, Bebop will apparently be "a punk street thug member of a ragtag gang of misfits who acts as if he’s intellectually superior, but isn’t.”

Williams joins Megan Fox, Will Arnett, Stephen Amell, Tyler Perry, Laura Linney and Brian Tee in the sequel to last year's box office smash, which is currently shooting in New York. TMNT 2 (working title "Half-Shell") will be directed by David Green and produced by Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Andrew Form. The movie hits June 3rd, 2016.

I used to love watching TMNT cartoon and I've been waiting to see Bebop and Rocksteady in live action since TMNT 2. I hope they get Patrick Warburton's voice for Rocksteady… Brock Sampson as Rock Steady!!

@MARVELPSYCHO79

Here's crazy. The best film of 2014 was TASM2.

Because TASM2 was so [frick]ing terrible, it caused Sony to make a deal with Marvel Studios.

@MARVELPSYCHO79 @IAmNotGr00t :

It had cool action scenes, hilarious jokes, and an entertaining story. That's all you can ask for in a movie. I enjoyed the cinematic experience watching TMNT.

Maggie in TDK is not as bad as this. Amell is a CW actor, and from wat arrow i have seen, his acting is sub par, and now hes being put into a beloved franchise. which im sure his acting will just be "hi im casey jones, look guys I have sports stuff and a hockey mask, that makes me him right?"
If hes not the worst, he is 1 of the worst castings in the last 10 years. I havent even seen this yet and im saying this, that how confident I am. Its like casting that piece of wood Kate Mara in a superhero movie, but i mean who in their right mind would do that?..........

@LEVITIKUZ:

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was another top fan favorite 2014 movie of mine. Its the best Spider-man film in my opinion. I'm disappointed it won't continue. I enjoyed the inspirational symbolism of heroism, captivating moments that's spine-tingling, awesome action scenes of epic proportions, color cast of multi-demmensional characters, multi-complex story arcs crossing paths. TASM 2 was a comic book brought to life!

The only Bay film based on a product I liked was Transformers 1. I thought it wasn't that bad.

The rest Transformers films were shit. Didn't even waste time or movie seeing 4.

Nightmare On Elm Street was an abomination with the only good thing was Jackie's performance as Freddy.

Friday The 13th was meh but then again no one goes to [frick]ing camps anymore like they did in the 80s so Jason may need to be reinvented.

TMNT was better than most but still not all that great.

Honestly, I think JB Smoove is killing it as BeBop on the show, He would've killed it on the screen

I quite enjoyed TMNT last year. It was a lot of fun. Will Arnett sucked, which surprised me, but the movie was enjoyable.

This one looks to be a step up. Although having to watch Stephen Amell play a great character like Casey Jones could be painful.

JB Smoove is one of the worst people to ever hear speak. The F*N worst sounded uneducated idiot with a gimmick voice. I'm glad he's not casted.

Nightmare on Elm Street was one of the best reboots I've ever seen. I loved the updated story and the return to the original idea of Freddy being a child molester instead of just a child murderer.
