Zoom is Jay Garrick from earth-3, and the man in the iron mask is also Jay Garrick, but from Earth Prime. I also explain the concept of the multi-verse! As well as possible reasons why Zoom is faster than all other speedsters.

I'm not a subscriber to the Earth Prime route, I'm personally thinking something similar to Cobalt Blue and it's his twin, but kudos on the effort put into this video ^^

I really don't want the Cobalt Blue theory to be true because I really think that Eddie returning as Cobalt Blue in season whatever as the villain would be great and revealing himself to be Barry's twin would be amazing as well. Given that even though he grew up rich, he grew up unloved and while Barry grew up with tragedy, he grew up loved. I think that if they do go with the Cobalt Blue route, it'll be because Eddie's actor has stated that he doesn't want to return.

What I think would be cool is if the man in the iron mask is actually a greater evil than Zoom. Kind of like how in Forever Evil, the man in the mask was worse than the Crime Syndicate. That when they beat Zoom, take the mask off that guy they'll have a worse issue to deal with.

@Yaf - I like the idea of the man in the iron mask possibly being a greater evil than Zoom. That would be a sweet plot twist.

I agree with Scorpion8125. All this talk about multiple Jays from multiple earths or clones or twins is just ridiculous. It's overly complex and convoluted storytelling. What's worse is, there hasn't been any evidence on the show pointing towards any of those theories. I think it's as simple as Jay, the one we know, to be the legit Jay Garick of earth2, and Hunter Zolomon. who we already seen sitting on the park bench, is in all actuality Zoom. Two Jays. That's it. As for the man in the iron mask? He's none other than EOBARD THAWNE, REVERSE-FLASH. There's plenty of evidence that supports that theory, not simple speculation. I've got an in-depth analysis on reddit that supports this arguement wholeheartedly. Check it out:
