Victor Garber Teases New Status Quo For 'Firestorm' In DC's LEGENDS OF TOMORROW

Fans have been left baffled by how Firestorm will play a role in DC's Legends of Tomorrow without Robbie Amell's Ronnie Raymond around, but Victor Garber (Dr. Martin Stein) explains that here and drops plenty of intriguing details about both the spinoff and season two of The Flash...

Victor Garber was first introduced as Dr. Martin Stein in The Flash, but his character will also play a key role in DC's Legends of Tomorrow. However, the actor has revealed in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that he will reteam with Robbie Amell's Ronnie Raymond in the season two premiere of The Flash (which makes sense as they were together in the season one finale).

"Robbie and I will be joined on the first episode of the (next) season of The Flash, and then we'll see what happens," Garber revealed. Reading between the lines, could that mean that Barry Allen's trip through time and that wormhole will indeed create a new timeline? Garber promised that answers about Firestorm will come in both Arrow and The Flash, both of which will set the stage for what's to come in Legends of Tomorrow. "They (CW) aren't going to introduce a limited series," the actor said of the show getting a 15 episode run. "This isn't HBO. They want the Full Monty. That's going to be fun of it. We're all these characters put together and we will see how we all function and try to do something together." What do you guys think about these latest details?

Excited to see this show. Not sure how I feel about Firestorm without Ronnie Raymond and think its weird they would even consider losing him since he is Steven's cousin... unless they have something BIG planned.
Love that Atom shrunk in the trailer, just wondering how often they will actually that given the cost.

So it'll probably be Stein and Rusch or Ronnie and Rusch.

I thought Flash was going to be hot garbage when it was announced and was proven wrong, so I'll give this a chance.

So if the Flash going back started a new reality, does that mean everything that happened on the Arrow did not necessarily happen?

Sounds like after Flash S2E1 Arrow gets reset to be Green Arrow/last season's final episode of Arrow was a series finale of sorts as it is going to get a severe makeover.

@Notgogrodd I agree with you. The producers wanted Arrow to be up to 5 seasons because of the flashbacks on the island. My guess was just like yours, if the CW wants them to continue just like they did with Supernatural (Season 11!) they will.
It would be pretty badass to rename the show and transform it to Green Arrow.

It's beyond my understanding how come the CW nor the actors have explained if Amell will or will not be in LoT. And, if not, how will they manage Firestorm in the serie.

I would rather they keep Ronnie Raymond and make Franz Drameh a different version of Cyborg or Static, or Iris's half brother Wally that she doesn't know about. I actually liked Ronnie and it doesn't really make sense to get rid of an Amell with the Arrowverse still going. I never read Flashpoint, Futures End, or Convergence but is there a reality where Jason Rusch gets Firestorm powers instead of Ronnie Raymond, and not after him?

Ronnie and Stein HAVE to do the proper fusion ritual before becoming Firestorm for next season.
