Captain America AND Thor in Incredible Hulk

I decided to not attach any photos because I wanted you guys to see for yourself and not assume that I photoshopped anything.

In 'The Cave' scene when it's thunderstorming and Hulk and Betty are in the cave...

-A very UNNATURAL lightning bolt strikes nearby.

-Hulk throws a boulder at the sky? Hmmm...

-As he screams at the sky...(Hmmm...) and we pan to the right, in the bushes, if you go frame by frame, you can see a red, white and blue pattern appear on CAPTAIN AMERICA'S SHIELD AND CHEST.

-Then after that same pan, lightning strikes the same spot FOUR TIMES and a "tube" or "portal" (-if you will) appears. Then, a big, black dot jumps from the "tube" or "portal" and lands on a ledge in the top right of the screen. (It's best to watch THOR in slow motion. You CAN see THOR in regular motion, you just gotta look in the top right after the pan with CAPTAIN AMERICA.)

SO! What does this mean? THE AVENGERS ARE HALF-ASSEMBLED (At least.) during the 'Incredible Hulk.' That means Cappy was found shortly after Banner made it to the arctic.

Want some MORE THOR? If you listen to the commentary, the director directly references THOR using his name: "...maybe Thor saved them..." (The rain came pretty conveniently didn't it?) THEN...the news reporter specifically reported "...violent thunderstorms in the..." whatever the hell the mountains were called. Hmmm...that works out pretty well for Banner, eh? It's almost as if he was given time to calm down and turn back into his human self, so then THE AVENGERS could get him without any harm done...hmmm.

THEN...at the end of the movie, that second helicopter seemed to suprise everyone...even the military and T-Bolt Ross. Almost as if to run Hulk away from danger and into safer hands...

Marvel is giving us sooooo many clues...you just gotta know what to pay attention to. So go look at the crucial cove scene AND the scene before it IN COMMENTARY. Or else you won't hear THOR'S NAME IN THE MOVIE.

Oh, you're welcome. (J/K)

I checked and didn't see any Cap, The thing falling from the sky after the lightning flash is actually the rock that the Hulk just threw.

Just stepped through the storm/cave scene on DVD. The thing in the bushes 'looks' like Cap's shield, but it seems too big. On the other hand, the thing that falls from the sky gets bigger as it falls to the ground, almost as if it's moving towards the camera. And it doesn't start at the top of the screen - it starts in a cloud. Almost couldn't be the rock then unless it's a glitch. Whether it's Thor or Loki, tho...? Now if you step though the scene just after the Hulk hits his head, the sky in the background has several "faces" in it. A couple of bearded ones (Odin? Thor with a beard?), a female face (Frigg/Freya/Sif?), an elfish face with two curved horns (Loki?), and a skull (Hel?), as well as a moving silhouette of the Hulk (you'll be surprised when you see that one). Since the clouds are probably CGI, I doubt they didn't do it on purpose.

That's pretty cool.

Haven't found the Ant-Man reference, tho. Someone online said H. Pym is listed on the campus directory that Banner reads - I couldn't find it.

Captain America is on the DVD - just in the Alternate Opening. As the ice starts to break up, after the ice shelf collapses, just before the scene ends, you can see some red, white, and blue in the shape of a body under the ice in the lower left side of the screen. You really gotta look for it, tho. It moves towards the camera as the ice breaks. And that's why I think that Cap 'could' be in the cave scene - the scene of Cap on ice is so subtle and what's in the bushes is just about as subtle. There's so much CGI in this movie that designers almost have to be doing this on purpose.

Looking forward to the next movie to see what they put in that one.

Captain America in the ice is logical - Thor popping up in the middle of the movie and not getting in on some of the action is just stupid. Especially when Stark shows up at the end of the movie and offers assistance. There's no Thor in the Hulk movie - just people looking for something more than the lame ass Cap cameo.

nah... as much as i want to see something, i didnt. But its good that you have so much enthusiasm about it and avengers though. Sorry bro... it was juz the rock falling. As for the Shield, its too big and it aint colored but ring shapes can definitely be seen... maybe an inside joke from one of the animators. :)

But here's something i found long ago... Spiderman in the Italian Job. I promise you guys i aint kidding. Its right after they blew a hole under the armored car in the middle of the street. Check it out if you want, dont if you dont. :)

I didn't see anything in the Cave/Rain seen...... No Cap No Thor But one thing that i did notice, in support of the extra helicopter theory.... when banner logs in to the computer at the gas station to send e-mail to Mr. Blue... it's intercepted and a S.H.E.I.L.D. logo pops up!!!!!! and since S.H.E.I.L.D. creates the Avengers Initiative, you do the math
