Back in 2009, prior to being attached to the role, the actor behind 'Clinton Barton' of
Marvel' The Avengers, Jeremy Renner revealed Marvel's plan to use the Kenneth Branagh-directed
Thor film to feature the live-action debut for the archer; Hawkeye. While Renner debunked the possibility soon after, it wasn't confirmed 'til earlier this year that the cameo was in full affect.
And now, the cameo that aroused hype just by thought has found it's way online, in low-quality. Whether you've seen
Thor, and want to relive the brief moment, or you haven't, but don't mind being spoiled, check out the almost-minute video below.
For a recap how the archer will look in the forthcoming
Avengers film: it isn't purple like in the 616 comics, but more similar the the Ultimate Hawkeye. It's a black sleeveless leather-like costume with a little bit of maroon. There is the "Hawkeye" symbol on the chest and he carries modern professional bows in a matching over-the-shoulder leather quill with the S.H.I.E.L.D. logo emblazoned on it to show his government allegiances. Clint also had dark glasses, featured on official concept art.
