Tom Hiddleston, who portrays the villain Loki in the epic tale Thor, recently sat down with BANG Showbiz to discuss the green scenes of the film. He praises director Kenneth Branagh's talent in perfecting the scenes, and also discusses the powers he had as Loki.

On the green scenes...
"The great thing about having Ken is he was always on hand with the microphone quite often literally painting the picture on our behalf.
"So in the ice planet we would be walking along brilliant sets of iceflows, surrounded by green screens and Ken would say, 'Go to your left there's an ice tower crumbling into pieces to your right there are shadows; frost giants can come out of there any time, you're excited, you're freezing cold, you're terrified,' it really helped."

On his interest in playing Loki because of all the super powers he had...
"I 'got' to do all kinds of crazy things that should go on under the special skills on my resume - like self-duplicate, disappear, reappear, flying through the air."

Thor will strike theaters May 6th, less than two weeks from now!

THOR IS AMAZING.
I loved it. For me, it's on par with Iron Man and X2.
Tom Hiddleston is amazing. I WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN AND AGAIN.

But...srsly. 3D? Lame.
