ARROW Season 5, Episode 14 Promo; "The Sin-Eater" - Are These The Gotham Star City Sirens?

Tonight's episode of Arrow tackled Wild Dog's origin and gun control, but next week's instalment will shift the focus to a team of female comic book villains who assemble to take down the Emerald Archer.

Tonight's episode of Arrow shifted the focus away from the Prometheus storyline to tackle a far more serious subject, but things look set to go back to normal next week when a trio of female villains come together to take down the Green Arrow. Sound familiar? It's hard not to reminded of the upcoming Gotham City Sirens to at least some extent!

Prometheus is also expected to return here, and as you can see in the promo below, the Emerald Archer may have to answer for the crimes he committed due to that villain's manipulations. What did you think of tonight's episode of Arrow? Let us know your thoughts on both that and this sneak peek in the comments section down below.

China White (guest star Kelly Hu), Cupid (guest star Amy Gumenick) and Liza Warner (guest star Rutina Wesley) break out of Iron Heights and head to Star City for revenge. Oliver (Stephen Amell) tries to bring in the newly formed girl gang but the ACU intervenes mid-fight. To his surprise, they are there to arrest the Green Arrow for the murder of Detective Malone. Meanwhile, Lance (Paul Blackthorne) feels responsible for the prison break after Warner tells him she heard about him working with Damien Darhk. Mary Lambert directed the episode written by Barbara Bloom & Jenny Lynn.

This episode felt like an issue of Hard Travelling Heroes. A step up. Maybe eventually Arrow will be good.

powerful episode. and Amell, man, I had no idea you were that good (I always thought he ranged from so-so to OK).

Wild Dog remains the MVP, and Vigilante showing up is always nice too.

Strong episode no doubt, and it was a filler one, and that's saying something!
Next episode looks weak tho, why the f*ck China White would team up with a loser like Cupid?

Wow I'm shocked at the reaction here, I only saw people blasting this episode on twitter. I thought it was great tho and really interesting, it made me think about the gun issue from both sides and I never really did that before.
