Is Michael Eklund Reprising His Role As The Dollmaker On GOTHAM?

Many of you on this site will recognize Michael Eklund from his work on many geek-friendly projects, with his most popular amongst this site's crowd being his turn as the Dollmaker in Arrow. A role he played for two episodes to much acclaim.

The character has been mentioned in the past on GOTHAM, but in a recent Facebook post, the actor hints that he may be reprising his role on Fox's GOTHAM.

If this is the case, this will in a sense loosely tie GOTHAM and ARROW together. Could this just be fan-favourite casting or hints of something more?

As always sound off in the comments below, would you like to see Michael Eklund reprise his role as The Dollmaker on GOTHAM? For all news on GOTHAM and ARROW, make sure you check out ComicBookMovie.com

Never mind the fact that the makers of the show said rather explicitly that the doll maker in Gotham is much different than the one in Arrow. Let's jump to conclusions about some meaningless post.

Nooooo. The only thing that gives me peace and security about GOTHAM is that it's an else world. I know in my heart that it dosnt affect any other continuity except the one it's In. If they connect it to Arrow that ruins everything. It's no longer it's own thing, it's cessions now effect Arrow's universe. And all of Batman's villains are like 10-20 years older then him. Detective Ellen is commissioner. Bullock and Montoya are the same age as Gordan....no, just no.

I actually enjoy Gotham quite a bit... I just really don't want it's continuity effecting Arrow or Flash. Those are the TRUE comic book tv show adaptions.

@Doopie It's already been confirmed that Batman exists in the Arrow world though. He's probably still just a legend, and operates in the shadows.

@Nightwatcher

oh yeah i forgot about that, i don't know how their going to pull that off. Seems like the budget would be real big for the show

@codydriscollsrightman

i dont know if it will go away, ratings when up for last fridays episode, i personally do think they should change the time

@Doopie

did they ever say what time gotham is suppse to take place? it seems like a futuristic 80s and that mean bruce would be in his 40s on arrow "IF" they were in the same universe
Gyasiman
Gyasiman - 11/13/2014, 8:36 AM
@Doopie Well besides this

There's a already seasoned Harley Quinn that appeared on the show. You can't have Harley Quinn without the Joker, and yiu can't have Joker without Batman.

So Flash an Arrow are in their late twenties...

while Batman is just an 11 year old kid?

Uh, no.
supes123
supes123 - 11/13/2014, 8:42 AM
@Doopie

Yeah, i wonder why they haven't given it a specific time set. But, yeah it would make more sense if its around 2001 or a little before
Jordanstine
Jordanstine - 11/13/2014, 8:45 AM
By the time kid Bruce becomes Batman, Flash and Arrow will be in their 40s.
Jordanstine
Jordanstine - 11/13/2014, 8:48 AM
@Doopie

That makes a lil more sense. Problem is what's Batman doing all this time since Arrow started 3 years ago
supes123
supes123 - 11/13/2014, 8:48 AM
@Jordanstine

Gotham takes place before arrow, So "if" they were connected he would be around Oliver's age which is 30 i believe. While the Flash is 23/24 in the show in
