It's not unusual for The CWVerse's superheroes to receive costume changes from season to season, and we now know that some alterations are in store for Superman & Lois' Man of Steel.
For the most part, Tyler Hoechlin's suit remains the same, but you'll no doubt notice that he's been given a pair of boots far more in line with what we're used to seeing in the comic books. It's surprising what a big impact such a small change can have, though the same could be said for the Fastest Man Alive, Barry Allen, as he's also been given some new footwear in The Flash.
Superman & Lois has been one of the best reviewed DC TV shows to debut on The CW, though it did fall into a few familiar pitfalls as the first season progressed. There's a lot of excitement for where the show goes next, though, and the iconic hero should now look even better as he heads into action.
There was some big news for Superman & Lois in the UK recently, as the series has been picked up by BBC. The first season started airing each Saturday, and we're assuming the second batch of episodes will follow shortly after the show returns to The CW in the U.S. next January. Regardless, the DC Comics icon now shares a home with Doctor Who, which is actually pretty cool!
