SUPERMAN & LOIS: Clark Is Locked Up In The New Promo & Photos For Season 2, Episode 7; "Anti-Hero"

Hot on the heels of another outstanding installment, next week's episode will see the Man of Steel deal with his very unexpected new predicament. Meanwhile, Lois uncovers a devastating secret.

Superman & Lois continues to elevate itself to new heights, and last night's episode was no exception as the Man of Steel (Tyler Hoechlin) found himself in an unexpected predicament when the DOD arrested him for treason and locked him in with his brother Tal-Rho (Adam Rayner).

Next week, Superman will be left to deal with his new environment while Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) attempts to help from the outside. However, it does look like the promotional photos spoil the ending of the episode as Clark finds himself back home and in a tense confrontation with Jonathan (Jordan Elsass), whose secret is now out.

Also, following an installment helmed by Mighty Morphin Power Rangers legend Amy Jo Johnson, the next episode is directed by Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. alum Elizabeth Henstridge, who previously directed the seventh season episode, "As I Have Always Been," for the Marvel/ABC series.

Check out the new promo for episode seven, titled "Anti-Hero," below:

"Anti-Hero" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-PG, LV) (HDTV)

ELIZABETH HENSTRIDGE ("AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.") DIRECTS - Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) pleads with Lt. Anderson (guest star Ian Bohen, "Teen Wolf") to investigate Ally Allston (guest star Rya Kihlstedt) and Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) receives some very upsetting news. Meanwhile, Lois helps Lana (Emmanuelle Chriqui) prepare to fight the good fight. Lastly, Jordan (Alex Garfin) is still irritated with Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) for lying to him. Dylan Walsh, Erik Valdez, Wole Parks, Sofia Hasmik and Tayler Buck also star. The episode was directed by Elizabeth Henstridge and written by Max Cunningham & Michael Narducci (#207). Original airdate 3/8/2022.
