Rumors are claiming Clark Gregg is going to be playing Vision in the MCU. Is this recent tweet from a fan highlighted by the actor himself his way of saying yes? Probably not! But it's fun to speculate..

Since Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and the Avenger's Clark Gregg (Agent Phil Coulson) miraculously came back from the dead after seemingly being killed by Loki a lot of people have been speculating how and why he survived. One of the most popular theories was that he was in fact dead and this version we have is an android or LMD that will go on to become Vision.

Up until now this has been nothing but fanboy's claims. However Clark Gregg has retweeted a tweet by @jesse_hamm saying we should just skip to when Coulson on becomes Vision:



Is Gregg hinting to fans, stirring things up with fans or simply imagining filming with Monica Belluci? Until anything is announced your guess is as good as mine.

I kinda like that idea, because Vision is a pretty cool Character and it´s gonna be very hard to implement him to the Cinematic Universe. But everybody loves Coulson, so it is a hard decision for Whedon. The only other possibilty would be, that in Age of Ultron Ultron creates Vision by himself like in the comics. But something will happen with Coulson, i don´t think that he is human anymore.

Coulson's resurrection may hint at how Vision will later come about, although Vision is supposed to be a creation of Ultron ("He doesn't know, does he?" "He can never know"). I love the Paul Bettany idea.

I would be perfectly OK with Vision not being made by Ultron. It would take to long to get to that point in film/TV. However, I would still like for Ultron to be made by Hank Pym. Personally, I'm thinking that Shield is making Ultron bots based off of Stark's designs and Pym is responsible for the AI.

At this point, Ultron is not made by Henry Pym so why would Vision be made by Ultron? The writers will go with the simplest origin story possible for any one of those characters.
