I haven't seen this mentioned on this site, but I'm sorry if this is obvious to everyone else. During the beginning of this week's Agents of SHIELD, the episode opened with Skye's cryptic dream sequence. While I'm sure there's lots going on there that can be picked apart after the fact, the thing that struck me immediately as I was watching it was the music during the flashback.
It was an instrumental version of "Bicycle Built for Two", the chorus (and part which was most prominently heard) beings "Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do", etc. etc. I'm sure you've all heard it.
Daisy. As in Daisy Johnson. With the big deal being made about Skye's "real name", and the fact that the Whedons have a tendency to like hiding small things like that in trippy dream sequences (Season 4 finale of Buffy, anyone?), I would consider this a pretty strong signal that Skye may end up becoming the MCU's version of Quake.
